James Morton cites over population as the cause of global warming. To a certain extent I do agree, as it does put a strain on global resources. However, it the what drives the population that causes the problem and there are two words that explain the global warming theme.
Greed: The root of all our problems. Its greed, for example, that make train operators hike rail fares above inflation, reduce services and force the population into cars. Which is why it works out cheaper to fly from London to Glasgow.
Selfishness: Its a me, me, me world out there. In the firing line are corporations building brands on exclusion (I opted not to use the word exclusiveness) and put shareholders before customers (talking trains again).
I'm sure many of you out there can point a finger at a few more 'bodies' that contribute to the problems and I invite you to do so...
